Working with Chris Hoage from RE/MAX Twin City was such a great experience. Right from the start, he made me feel comfortable, supported, and really listened to. Chris explains things in a way that’s easy to understand without ever feeling overwhelming. He’s professional, but also has a great sense of humour, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. He also remembered little details about my life, which made it feel more personal and not just like a transaction. When I lost the house I thought I was going to buy, I was pretty upset. Chris reassured me that things would work out— and he was right. He stayed calm and positive, which really helped ease my stress. Chris made sure I didn’t rush into anything and settle for a house that I didn't really like. When it came to selling my house, Chris really went above and beyond. He organized lots of open houses, stayed proactive, and when the house took a few months to sell, he kept reassuring me that it wasn’t my house- it was just a tough market at the time. What stood out the most was how much he truly advocated for me and had my best interests in mind the whole time. I’m so grateful for everything he did. I don’t think I would have ended up in a home that exceeded my expectations without him. I’d absolutely recommend Chris to anyone buying or selling— you’ll be in great hands.
