Austin was excellent to work with! Very personable and easy to talk to, he genuinely cared about getting us a home we loved which met all of our requirements. He was very reachable, and would respond quickly any time we had questions. Austin made the process much easier to understand. He was also extremely accommodating of our schedules, and whenever we requested to view a house he would have it arranged for within a couple of days. We expected our house-hunting would take months, and Austin secured a great deal on a home we loved in a couple weeks. He showed himself to be a savvy negotiator with a keen insight into when and why we would be able to negotiate more favourable terms. Austin is also very well connected with other professionals needed to purchase a home, he connected us with an excellent mortgage broker and a very thorough home inspector, as well as a great lawyer.
