You have been patient with us including times when it would seem we were unflinchingly stubborn. To give you credit, you did previously bring us realistic offers, but we did not yield thinking the market would improve. Anyway, this has now a happy ending. We are grateful for the commitment and perseverance you have shown. Thank you with all our heart for everything you did. Victor and Karin
