In fact, on my last home purchase due to Ariana’s own initiative and hard work, she saved me an extra $45,000 off the agreed purchase price. That was incredible as the property was already listed as one of the lowest priced homes in the City!!!! All I can say is that having Ariana represent me in a real estate transaction is like winning a lottery; she is truly a gift that keeps on giving!
