Working with Andy McGhee has been a fantastic experience! I connected with him when I first started thinking about buying and was exploring my options but wasn’t ready to look at places yet. Andy was so helpful answering my questions and explaining different property types. He set me up with a property search that matched my needs and sent monthly Real Estate Market Updates, which I found interesting, informative and easy to understand. I really appreciated how respectful and supportive Andy was, he would periodically check in, but I never felt pressured or rushed. When I was ready to start looking at places it was super easy to use Andy’s booking system to set up a time for a quick chat and to meet for coffee. It felt very welcoming to get his “Buyer’s Box”, with both important information and thoughtful things (e.g. notebook, labels for moving, magnet calendar, etc.). Andy went over everything with me and answered all of my questions, then created an online timeline so I’d know what to expect (so helpful!!). I was excited when he took me around to look at places in person, he is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I really appreciated both his perspective as a Realtor and as someone with decades of experience working in and with different Trades. I’m thrilled to have found a place with Andy’s help! He’s been incredibly supportive through every stage, including recommending other professionals so I knew I was working with trustworthy people/companies. As a First Time Home Buyer this process could have been very daunting, but Andy has made everything so easy for me. I would absolutely work with him again and will recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell in the South Island. Thanks a bunch, Andy!!!
