I truly believe that stress is the number one harm to people, causing a myriad of health issues. Moving and renovating are 2 of the top stressors in a person's life. If I can relieve some of that stress by being my client's guide, advocate and trusted referral source for other business types they may need during the process, I am a happy person. It seems obvious to me now that I would end up in real estate as a career, even though I made a few curves in the road getting here!
I love properties and people! I have moved 14 times over 4 provinces; have bought and sold several types of properties myself, including condos, acreage homes, municipal homes, vacant land and investment properties. My love of spaces, personal experience with moving, combined with a deep desire to help people led me to a career in real estate. If anyone knows the stress involved in buying, selling and moving, it is me! And I work hard everyday to make sure I am taking that stress away from my clients!
