Having received my real estate license Mar. 1, 1988, I have over 30 years experience in the real estate industry. I have been owner/broker of Newtco Realty since May 1995. I have run my boutique real estate company with great success, receiving the Victoria Real Estate Board special Five year Award and President's Club Award, along with the #1 Per Capita Real Estate Company for 3 years. I am fortunate enough to own 4 multi unit character conversions with 22 suites in Rockland, and am very knowledgeable about investment properties, tenancy issues and the benefits of a great location.
