Erik Clevering is a Dutch-born real estate advisor who traded the Netherlands for Vancouver Island in 2015 and never looked back. With a business and marketing degree from the University of Amsterdam and over seven years in the Comox Valley market, he brings a level of directness and market knowledge that clients tend to find refreshing.

In 2018, Erik entered real estate and has since built Clever Savage Group alongside his business partner Kelsey Savage, operating under Engel & Völkers Vancouver Island North. The team is known for a systematic, no-nonsense approach to buying and selling - honest advice, clear communication, and a process that actually holds together when things get complicated.

When he's not working a deal, Erik is likely on a mountain bike, a snowboard, or his motorcycle somewhere on the Island. That connection to the community and the place isn't a marketing angle - it's just how he lives here
