Duncan is a team member of Hudson Smith Real Estate Group. Duncan moved to Guelph for his undergraduate degree in Real Estate and Housing and fell in love with the city and its people. Just months after his co-op with Coldwell Banker Neumann as a property manager focusing on several student rental properties. Duncan purchased his first investment property at the age of 21! Since then Duncan has worked with many properties and many tenants to find the best fit for everyone.

Now after graduating from the University of Guelph and having years of experience as both a renter and investment owner in Guelph, Duncan brings a modern understanding of market trends and has experience working with young buyers or renters. Duncan loves to meet new people and wants to share his knowledge on how to make the most out of the real estate market.
