Colin brings more than nineteen years of real estate experience in Prince George and a background that gives him a different perspective on the business. Before getting his license, Colin was a Red Seal chef and restaurateur — a career that taught him how to run a fast-moving operation, manage pressure, and take care of people. He stepped away from the restaurant world after meeting his wife and business partner, Bailey, and the two have been building One Oak Real Estate Group together ever since.
Inside the team, Colin is the resident expert on the marketing side of selling a home. He leads One Oak's approach to digital marketing for listings, including social media campaigns, paid advertising, video content, virtual tours, and pre-market exposure strategies. His focus is making sure every home gets in front of the right buyers, not just listed and forgotten.
