Initially, we were worried that we weren't ready to fully start to process and would potentially let a realtor down if we backed out, but Zee informed us about the process and made us feel comfortable and ready. He was patient, informative, and organized. We came to really rely on his opinion throughout the process, knowing that it was a professional and expert opinion.
