My wife and I were looking for a home in or near Victoria and we had no success. We finally found a home that we liked but the selling realtor (and the owner) were very aggressive in their tactics. Fortunately, Yuriy was there to support us with special clauses in our offer that protected us. Then Yuriy helped us purchase the house of our Dreams. We were able to agree on VERY favorable terms and conditions and I know this would have been impossible without Yuriy's negotiation skills. From the time of our first meeting, Yuriy was professional, friendly and helpful. He explained to us exactly how the processes would work and recommended certain things that we could do to help with the purchase. Along the way, Yuriy always listened to our needs and during our discussions it quickly became obvious that he knew his market and the local real estate players. Yuriy communicated with us frequently and effectively and provided guidance and advice along the way. To Yuriy's credit we were never surprised or in the dark at any time. Yuriy, has a great energy level, and a wonderful work ethic and amazed us with his creativity, and perseverance in closing the sale. Yuriy showed up to all the open houses we visited, arranged for appointments to view properties we were interested in, and walked us through the offer process, helped connect us to a legal professional and an inspector, and handled all the negotiation/information requests from other party agents. Throughout the process, we did not feel pressure to make an offer on anything we did not like. In the end we ended up buying a home in area that we would not have discovered without Yuriy's help, and at what we feel is excellent value. We cannot recommend Yuriy highly enough and will definitely be using him again for future real estate transactions.

As first time home buyers, then sellers and then buyers again, there is absolutely no one we would recommend more than Yuriy to help guide a purchase or a sale. He was so accommodating, understanding and transparent. There was absolutely nothing he did that he didn’t ask our permission for beforehand.
