We started our real estate investment journey by meeting several professionals and understanding their unique propositions and code of conduct. Yuriy distinguished himself by his thoughtful approach to understand our unique needs and clearly explaining the way he conducted business. We were limited by our lack of information about good neighborhoods to reside and invest in. Being a young family, there are a barrage of factors that one needs to consider before calling a place their home. Yuriy understood this well and went extra miles to drive us around pretty much entire width of cities we had on our list, explaining pros and cons of living in each area. He introduced several great neighborhoods ideal for young families and seem poised for growth in the future. The grip Yuriy has on the geography, demography and intricacies of the home buying process is amazing and the level of information we received during my interactions with him was far beyond what we had expected, but always hoped for. During open houses, he explained a great deal of information to us that a first-time home buyer needs to have to make a right decision. Armed with all this new information, within a few days of time, we felt well prepared to assess different properties and take the leap. Yuriy guided us not only in making the right choice, but also letting go of deals that were not right for us, through factual information and data driven process - he did all this from a distance as an advisor, without being forceful. It's a great quality and we really appreciate it. Result: we got the house we set out to find, that's perfect for our family and a deal that one could only hope for in the kind of market out there. This wouldn't be possible without top-notch negotiation skills that Yuriy has. Closing process was a breeze, as Yuriy made great recommendations for professionals needed to take care of the finances, inspections, formalities etc. We are really glad that we made the decision to work with Yuriy and highly recommend him to both first-time buyers and investors alike. We met Yuriy about 3 years ago when we were looking to purchase our first house. Not only did he help us find the perfect starter home, Yuriy taught us what to look for when selecting a house such as location and the potential to resell in the future. When we decided to sell and find a new home in the interior, we invited Yuriy back to help us with our sale. He did an amazing job, showing us the market trends, sales within the area, past sales, as well as calculations of dollar per square foot.
