But Yousef Guirgis made the process incredible easy and took extra steps many others realtors don't (but should). His efficiency was remarkable,-we were impressed with his strategy during the negotiation phase! It is with pleasure that I write this review for Yousef. This is the second time we have collaborated with Yousef in securing an apartment in Toronto for our son Jordan. Yousef used his expertise & knowledge of a challenging market to secure a suitable rental which met with our needs & requests. At one point this was challenging as the family members were in 3 different countries with time differences to contend with.
