I used his services previously with finding a rental home, and he delivered under our time constraints and exceeded our expectations. As we were searching for our forever home this year, Yousef took the time to listen to our needs and wants, explain the process, and made it happen. He further assisted us with the next steps of recommending lawyers, mortgage brokers, contractors, etc. He checked in with us during the weeks leading up to the closing, ensuring everything was going smoothly and if we had questions or concerns. Closing day came, excited to get our keys, and the previous owner was far from ready to move out. Boxes, furniture, mattresses all over the house. In a panic, I called Yousef, and within a short time, he showed up, rolled up his sleeves, and assisted the lady in moving her stuff out, so the house would be cleared out for us. If he hadn’t stepped in, and taken charge, she would have still been in there. Her realtor was no where to be found. Yousef even drove by the house the next morning, and reassured us the lady had removed everything off the premises. He went above and beyond for us, how many realtors would do that for you? Yousef was very professional working with us, and always up front, he gave great advice, as well as being very amicable. I would refer him to any of my friends and family who need a realtor.
