There is an old quote that best describe Willa's work ethic - "Victory belongs to the most tenacious." At the beginning, I did all my research and ground work by looking at all the different real estate properties online before I started working with Willa. Once I found the perfect property I want to make an offer, Willa helped facilitate the purchased of my condo and I am satisfied with the result. Working with any realtors these days is always a challenge and a daunting task because many of them are not reliable, trustworthy and most of them don't have your back. Willa on the other hand was quite helpful, courteous but most importantly professional and honest. I could call Willa anytime of the weekdays or weekend and she would still answer all my phone calls which is always a huge bonus because there are many lazy and sleazy real estate agents out there who would totally ignored their clients period. It is amazing how many real estate agent in her industry who doesn't want to put in the hard work but they want a quick commission. I am a perfectionist therefore my standards are always a lot higher than many of Willa's clients which makes it quite a big challenge for Willa to deal with during the whole process, however, she handled it like a pro. Willa is willing to work hard and she deserve this recognition because I know for a fact that many realtors would have given up on their nitty gritty clients like myself. Even though I was a difficult client for Willa to work with, we both got what we wanted at the end of the day which is I got a good price on my condo and Willa got her commission. It is a win-win for all parties. So having said all that, if you want a reliable, calm, chilled and trustworthy realtor who has your back then Willa is the right real estate agent for you from the start to the finish line.
