Wes Boles is very professional at his job as a real estate agent and has a great personality. He was able to answer all our questions when we purchased our acreage in Lehigh Alberta. There were concerns we had with the property but Wes went well above what he was required to do as a real estate agent to make sure we were satisfied and confident about our purchase. We purchased our property while living in another province so was a little more complicated because we also were selling a home there. But Wes made it easy for us to complete the deal. 4 years later Wes still keeps in contact with us to see how we are doing, something we have never experienced with another agent. Wes was great to work with, very friendly and personable and easy to talk to. He was very helpful and reassuring whenever we would start to stress about anything and in the end we sold for very close to what we wanted and bought exactly the house we wanted.

Wes did an amazing job helping me sell my house! He provided me with information on how to prepare by having certain documents to make sure it was ready if I had a buyer. He also kept me up to date on when the house was being shown and giving me enough time to get it ready. I would strongly recommend him as he has a lot of experience and knowledge in selling houses.

Wes was very professional but also made the purchasing experience fun. He was organized and always happy to meet our schedule. He wasn’t afraid to ask for what we wanted within limits. He made excellent recommendations for other services we needed (ie home inspector) I feel having someone who has grown up in the areas he services a real asset. I think he would be a great fit for any age clientele as he has that old school charm with new school smarts.
