Wendy is an amazing agent to work with in both buying and selling. I have had the opportunity to have her represent me in both aspects now. Wendy is not only extremely friendly and easy to talk with. But she is thee most sympathetic to your needs, concerns and wish lists. And to top it off, she is extremely prompt/fast in making your moves from house viewing, getting house inspections and appraisals booked immediately and as soon as possible to get you to the final stages of buying/selling. Wendy makes sure that wether you are the buyer or seller, that you are as at ease through the process as she can. Wendy is a complete delight. She is both personable and professional. She makes you feel as though you have been friends for years and makes you feel comfortable and able to trust her. She answered all my questions to the best of her ability and if she didn't know the answer she'd do her best to find out ASAP. She was super honest and upfront about the properties history and shortcomings so we knew exactly what were buying, warts and all.
