I have bought and sold real estate my whole life and I have never dealt with a more professional, dedicated and client focused agent like Wendy Berke. I only had two days in Victoria to look for a condo and she had numerous showings which all met my criteria (no wasted ones) and I was able to find the exact condo I wanted. But it doesn't end there. Wendy negotiated a great price and her attention to detail regarding all documents related to the condo (building policies, strata documents, insurance details etc) have gone over and above any agent I have ever used and she is even helping in my move by working with my movers for parking permits and access for them for delivery. I would highly recommend her !

Wendy was incredibly patient with us. Always had excellent suggestions on what we should do next to prepare the house for sale. She worked with our timelines and somehow managed to complete the sale on schedule, even during what I saw as a slightly challenging market season.
