She is highly experienced and dedicated to her work. Even though she is very busy, she always provided timely feedback, sometimes after normal work hours, carefully analyzed each tenant’s background, and offered professional and insightful advice to help me make well-informed decisions. She is also very smart and decisive. When we came across tenants that met my criteria, she followed up immediately and successfully secured the lease with the couple. I felt a great sense of relief, knowing how much a bad tenant can negatively impact one’s finances, mental well-being, and daily life. I’m truly grateful for Jennifer’s professionalism and effort, and I sincerely hope to work with her again in the future. Wayne is a responsible and knowledgeable real estate agent. He reviewed all the rent applicant's' applications and selected the ones he thought were qualified for interview. From his experience, he could tell whether the supporting documents were authentic or not. Wayne also had professional photographer took photos for the unit. The total presentation was great! Wayne was involved in the zoom meetings and was able to make recommendation and helped us selecting a good one from so many prospective tenants. I would like to have him as my buying and selling agent in the future; furthermore, I would like to recommend him to anyone who wants to buy and sell his/her properties.
