Wayne is a responsible and knowledgeable real estate agent. He reviewed all the rent applicant's' applications and selected the ones he thought were qualified for interview. From his experience, he could tell whether the supporting documents were authentic or not. Wayne also had professional photographer took photos for the unit. The total presentation was great! Wayne was involved in the zoom meetings and was able to make recommendation and helped us selecting a good one from so many prospective tenants. I would like to have him as my buying and selling agent in the future; furthermore, I would like to recommend him to anyone who wants to buy and sell his/her properties.
