On the other side he gave sound advice on staging our family home, had professional photos done and listed at a fair market value. The house sold in 36 hours in mid December at a time when the Calgary market was not busy. Wayne has been the realtor for each of our adult children and found them homes, guiding first time buyers without pressure and ensuring they made sound choices.
