I cannot give Wasim a high enough rating! From start to finish Wasim was professional, courteous and kind. Wasim takes genuine pleasure in helping others, and you will not find a more dedicated agent than Wasim Jarrah. This was our second transaction with Wasim and on both occasions he managed to help us achieve everything we desired. At the beginning we sat down and talked about current market trends, how they would affect our transactions and how he felt the process would play out - and he was correct each step of the way! Wasim helped us quickly sell our home and just as quickly find exactly what we were looking to buy. I would (and have) recommend Wasim to family and friends. Wasim says he offers “Concierge Service”, and I can’t think of a better description. If you are looking for a real estate agent do yourself a favour and call Wasim - you will be happy you did.

I don’t even know where to start. Wasim was amazing. He was kind and considerate but real and honest. Left to my own devices I would have priced myself out of the market. Luckily I listened to Wasim and sold my home at asking in 5 days! You don’t feel like a client with Wasim, you are family. He takes care of your every need, question and concerns with the patience of Job, and he needed it with me! I could call him at anytime with any problem and he would calmly walk me through to a solution. His knowledge base is out of this world. Anna is amazing as well. Caring and supportive always checking in and following up. I could not have made a better choice in a realtor to sell my home. I told Wasim he can’t get rid of me now and have told everyone I know, if they are selling or buying I have the realtor for them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

Wasim is more than "just" an agent, he is a friend that gets to know you personally and you feel he tailored the properties he shows you specifically for your needs. I don't think you can find a better friend, oops, agent than Wasim. We have purchased our dream house thanks to Wasim.
