Working with Wade and Sandra was amazing! They came recommended to me by a friend and did not dissapoint! This was our first home purchase and it felt great knowing we had a 'Team' helping guide the way. Wade is super knowledgable, very honest, extremely accessible (I don't know if he ever stops working!!), always flexible in accommodating our showing requests and always professional. My husband and I genuinely enjoyed spending our time looking for the perfect home with Wade and Sandra. They never made us feel silly for the questions or requests we made. Wade was also amazing at negotiating the purchase price and inclusions for us, which we super appreciated. Thank you Wade!
