If you are ever in need of any real estate needs, this is the place to go to. I sold and bought a home with them, and could not be more impressed with their service, professionalism, and how much they helped my family. Vinod and his team was really made a huge difference to our family and our future by helping us save tons of money, with the biggest purchases of our lives! He got us more than our expected price of our home, which we did not think would even be possible, when we listed our home with them. And the best part is, that was not the end of it! With his years of experience and exceptional negotiation skills, he helped us purchase our new home at a very satisfactory price, even though there were multiple offers on the property that we were looking to buy. There was a lot of going back and forth with the sellers, but Vinod and his team made it seem like a breeze, and although we had anticipated that it would be a stressful experience to sell our home and purchase another one, now, when we look back at it, it doesn't seem like that at all! They were very good with all the communications with us, educated us on all the factors that we needed to consider, and guided us and helped us make informed decisions that we are sure never to regret! They were by our side throughout the entire process, and made sure that we did not make a wrong, or rushed decision, which could have meant tens of thousands of dollars lost. When we explained our needs to them, they understood them very well, and shortlisted our needs and wants, and got to work on it right away. We were shown a lot of different options that fit our needs and the criteria that we had set, including the location, budget, number of rooms, sizes, schools, etc. We went to see a lot of them and Vinod and his team brought to our attention many factors of the properties, that we ourselves would never have realised or thought of. This helped us avoid some costly mistakes. They also worked with all the requirements of our dates, and made sure that the entire experience, right down to vacating our home and moving into the new one was seamless and hassle-free. Initially, when I chose Vinod and his team to handle the entire process of selling and buying our home, my husband was a little skeptical, but now, after these past three months of doing business with Vinod, and getting to know him, I think my husband loves him even more than I do !
