We interviewed 3 agents and went with Victor. He shared market information, set out a game plan and timeline. Once we agreed to go with him he moved quickly to get the house on the market. I liked the fact that he was able to personally stage the house without having to invite extra costs. Most importantly he listened to what we wanted to achieve from the sale of the house and bonus was the house sold quickly. Highly recommend Victor and his team.

Victor was great to deal with. He was on top of everything from start to finish, taking the stress of leasing my unit off my shoulders. He was thorough in his vetting of potential tenants and managed to flag 4-5 applications as potentially fraudulent. Despite dealing with a slow market at the time, he still managed to get the job done to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.
