Vanessa Monteith-Hird and her associates are amazing, outstanding and just so very lovely. When we started the process of listing our home the intent was to interview at least two different Realtors to find the one who we felt most comfortable with. As soon as the three ladies walked to our front door I remember feeling totally impressed and so special that we were worth the attention of such an outstanding team that there was no further thought to interview any other Realtor - we had found "the one" and from start to finish we never once regretted this choice. The team helped us choose the right listing price, made perfect suggestions for staging and were there every step of the way.
