Vanessa helped us find our perfect retirement home! Moving to Guelph from a different community, she took the time to find out what we were looking for in a home, community and lifestyle. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and the properties we viewed, and negotiated a fair price given the turn in the market. She always made herself available, was always responsive to our calls, and took the time to answer all our questions. She was able to recommend contractors, and ensured we knew the process and had all the necessary information to complete the renovations in our condo. We highly recommend her services
