Val and Ray are amazing to deal with! Seamless listing process, the team walked us through the whole process and ensured we were satisfied with all of the details relative to the sale. I was updated via text with daily showing times so that I was prepared. I would have liked to have worked with them longer however they had a sold sign on the front yard within 72 hours of listing and we got the asking price with very minimal conditions. I would HIGHLY recommend Team Senio whether you are buying or selling.
