This is my 3rd time working with Vadim and Ety (2nd time in 4 months). In the tough condo market, Vadim and Ety did an amazing job of helping me sell my mom’s condo. I am dealing with professionals only and talking about real-estate field , Vadim and Ety are absolutely the best from any point of view ; starting from estimating , strategy of selling/buying setup , running house through sale preparation process , financial side guidance ,closing /moving and even new house repair ... so, it's like valet service - you just forming a task, stepping back and relaxing - there isn't even needs of controlling - one blink and voila' , you are in new house ....
