She worked very hard on our behave both when we purchased property and sold property. We bought a property using Ursula as our agent in 1999 and again in 2000. In 2001, we sold a property and again Ursula acted for us. Most recently, we sold a property and Ursula acted for us. She has always worked very hard for us. She is up to date on current ways to advertise and use the internet to advantage. She is a very good communicator and looks for any hiccups that might occur as things progress. She is very knowledgeable about current prices and gave us good advice on offers and prices to sell.</p>
