Tristan was always professional, personable, and knowledgeable, and he helped us to sell our condo and purchase our townhouse within days of each other! He was always available to answer our questions and was very flexible with our work & parenting schedule. I would highly recommend Tristan!

Tristan was knowledgeable, helpful and willing to seek out answers from the listing agent if he wasn't sure. Tristan was patient and very communicative as we looked in the challenging Victoria market. As we placed numerous offers on different homes he kept us in the loop no matter the time of day and provided advice throughout the process. Tristan helped to skillfully navigate us through a 3 month negotiation and help us get the home we were looking for at a price we could afford. We enjoyed Tristan's positive attitude and calm demeanor during stressful negotiation periods. We will happily work with Tristan in the future and will recommend him to our friends and family.

Tristan may not have decades of experience in the business as he's started only a few years ago, but he was always on top of things and showed a LOT of knowledge about the process and the market.
