<p>This was an easy 5 star review for us.<br /> Once again Trevor has gone above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied with this purchase. His time management skills are always impeccable. He is always making time for our discussions while being proactive in resolving any concerns or issues we had. His positive demeanour remains even in unfavourable situations such as being required to travel long distances to show us a home that he most likely knew was not going to be sale. Trevor is very open and honest about discussing the pro’s and cons of a property without the pushy salesman attitude and has no problem double checking anything a client may be unsure about. During our first meeting with Trevor, he told us he was a go getter and that he would work hard for us. He has proven his worth and has done exactly that by making our sales and purchases simple and easy. So I will once again emphasize that we can easily give this man a 5/5 across the board. Great job Trevor.</p>

Trevor was absolutely amazing in helping us buy our new home. We moved from Ontario to Lake Cowichan and what could have been a very stressful time turned into a fun and exciting adventure, all thanks to Trevor for really going above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through without any problems. He not only helped us with all the paperwork but drove out to the property several times when needed and touched base with us often during the whole process. We would highly recommend Trevor for any of your real estate needs.

Our Agent Trevor, who we have known for many years was very helpful and efficient. Always followed up when we asked a question, was on the ball anytime something came up and sold out house immediately for substantially more than we expected. We would highly recommend Trevor to anyone like a first time home buyer. If you want someone to hold your hand this is your guy! If your like us and have bought many homes in the past hiring Trevor to Sell our home and work with us securing a lot to build was a no brainer. Lots of fun and focus. It was a pleasure dealing with him not just on a Social level like we normally do but on a professional level he exceeded our expectations again.

I'm a second time buyer with lots of tumultuousness during the sale/purchase process because of covid and its associated uncertainty. I thought I'd never be able to get into another house but Layne and Trevor stuck it out with me during the whole process. In the end, everything worked out and i now have a little place to call my own. They'll make it happen !

I wasn’t even thinking of selling right away. However, we had just used Trevor to purchase an apartment in Victoria so I asked him about selling my mobile home. Right away, he indicated it would be easy to sell. He was right. He had a multi stage plan which he laid out clearly for me. We got along really well with the prior purchase transaction so I felt really comfortable with him for the sales transaction. Trevor and Layne came out to the property to do an assessment. They had some good suggestions on what to do and what wasn’t needed to do to prepare for viewings. In short order, they came up with a price they felt was fair. It was agreeable to me so I decided to proceed. His plan wasn’t required. We sold it before it was scheduled to be listed. It took a couple of try’s, but throughout the process, Trevor was responsive, confident and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending him as either a buying or selling agent.
