We live in Vancouver and were looking for a home on the island. We made several trips back and forth on the ferry to meet with Trevor who always made himself available for our spontaneous visits! He helped us find our perfect home. There were a few minor hiccups and surprising obstacles that came our way, but with every challenge, Trevor was there to assist and help navigate through every situation. My experience with Layne and Trevor was amazing. I answered my door and these two young men , greeted me with a smile, bottle of wine, and a card. Unfortunately I had a family emergency and they took over and supported me %100. They sold my home. You are the best.

Trevor and Layne know the Mill Bay market very well. As a neighbour Trevor is trustworthy and works hard to build relationships and they contribute to community. Their extensive contacts with other realtors and prospective buyers and sellers help to facilitate smooth transactions. I really appreciated Trevor's last minute help with loading our moving truck and taking away some unwanted items.
