We chose Tracy Phelan from her years of continued concern thru her literature delivered to the home property to one day become our agent. From our first request to meet with us she was punctual, courteous, polite, and came prepared with a plethora of neighbourhood past and present real estate property values to help us prepare for the sale of our home. During the initial property listing up until the sale of said property she kept us up to date with all issues pertinent to the sale thru phone calls,texting, e-mails,or face to face;very professional. I would highly recommend Tracy Phelan to anyone, who wants to either Buy, Sell, or Rent a property; as she truly loves what she does; it appears to be her passion. Kudos to our agent Tracy Phelan

Tracy made my 94 year old mother feel relaxed and comfortable through the whole experience. She was moving from a house she lived in for 60 + years into a retirement home and the transition was done well. Tracy kept us aware of all her activities either by email, texting or phone calls. She gave us good advice on what to do to help enhnace the home for ease of selling. When all was said and done we ended up with more than our actual asking price.

Tracy Phelan was outstanding! We had no issues in using her for the sale of our home. She was professional, courteous and most importantly, experienced in the real estate market in our area.
