Mosly dealt with Tracy's son Quinn. He is improving quickly, was well supervised and has great negociating skills. Just a suggestion, would be nice if Re/max would have secured links when sending contractual documents to clents back and forth. Documents containing sensitive information were sent via email and can be intercepted by malicious hackers.

Tracy and team were amazing at communicating with me, I felt heard when I spoke, was provided honest and clear feedback and was kept in the loop at all times.
