I moved back to Canada in the summer of 2022 and set my sights on a specific type of house in Kingston, and WOW, did it take a long time to find it! The market was shifting rapidly, prices were unpredictable, interest rates rising, and Tracie and I saw A LOT of houses. Tracie was unfailingly available, fun, honest, practical, and optimistic - she and her team did a lot of work behind the scenes, helped me understand the Kingston market, navigate the changes, keep my spirits up, and eventually find a great house in a great neighbourhood. I recommend her without reservation, and if I had any intention of moving again ever, she would absolutely be my first choice to help me.
