Our home was listed with Tony, and he was superior in showing everything that might need a fix, or what he thought would stand out. (Right down to fluffing a pillow during the picture session) He worked hard for us and we would call them back in the blink of a eye!! No second guesses with these 2, best agents in Red Deer! Tony was a dream to deal with. As first time home buyers, we were extremely new to the process. Tony made it as easy and simple as possible. He provided valuable information about each neighborhood and ensured to point out any "flaws" with the area ie) backs onto highway hear lots of traffic noise. He ensured to maximize our time when looking at houses each evening we were available which we very much appreciated as it allowed us to look at many homes over a shorter period of time. Tony provided valuable insight when we were debating on certain homes and pointed out the pros and cons of each place so we could make an informed decision. When we found the one, he already knew by our faces and had gotten the paperwork started before we were out the door which allowed us to secure our home almost immediately. We couldn't have asked for a better 1st time home buying experience and I truly believe it is because Tony was just so fantastic throughout the whole process. Highly recommend him for all your realtor needs.

Tony and his partner, Cory, were exceptional throughout the entire sale. The real estate market was a very busy time during this process. I had originally called another agent, but after waiting 3 days for a callback, I called Tony. I had a response within a half hour! As I was out-of-province, and dealing with Covid restrictions, I was depending on Tony for a lot of information. I had full confidence in his opinion, due to his background in real estate. He did a virtual viewing for me, made me aware of potential issues, and handled every part of the transaction professionally and in a timely fashion. I never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for a return call, text, or email. The purchase of my new home went as smoothly as possible, due to his attention and diligence. Cory was always up to date on any paperwork and/or changes and would inform me asap. Working with these 2 professionals was the best experience I have ever had in real estate transactions. The after care was exceptional! I would highly recommend Tony and Cory. They will definitely be the ones I chose for any future real estate transactions.
