Kyle Kerr and Tony Joe exceeded every expectation we had of them. Kyle doesn't just possess extensive knowledge of neighbourhoods, future developments, amenities and bylaws, he has considerable knowledge of construction materials and building systems. This proved very useful to us in our purchase decision. Beyond that, both Tony and Kyle were great listeners; they understood what was important to us and this allowed them to guide us quickly to homes that were a great match to us. We felt that we were important and that finding our future home was important to them. They are authentic and ethical; we weren't just another commission to them, we were a relationship. I cannot find enough great things to say about this team.
