Trust the process, trust the advice, trust Tonya! Do what is recommended and you’ll be happy. I thought staging was pointless, boy was I wrong. Tonya has a great designer/stager on hand, “stage it, list it” makes your home show worthy. Get over your stuff and decor. You bought it for comfort and purpose. If you want to “show” your home, have it staged by Tonya’s resources. I highly recommend having your home inspected too. Better to be ahead of things. It’s sickening to be at the offer table, and find out then that there is something catastrophic, deal breaking or a dreaded major price drop on the offer, depending on the market that would be horrible. If you follow Tonya’s lead, things are done with organized ease, confidence and even pleasure during what is a highly stressful time. Tonya has a wealth of resources to get things done, whatever you are facing. Building relationships is her natural talent. A stellar negotiator, she does her homework, all her homework. Whether buying or selling she’s done research, crunched numbers and negotiated based on facts and numbers. Ashley is equally awesome in her background support to Tonya. She is friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. Tonya’s growing team provides equally excellent and respectful service.
