Tom is great to help narrow down exactly what is it you need and then to act quickly when you do find it in this crazy market! Always available, always professional, we have been happy with the whole process. Even since our move he has been in contact helping with recommendations for things we needed to get done for our new home and all have been top notch! I have already referred one of my close friends to Tom for her house search!

As a first-time homebuyer, my experience working with Tom was overwhelmingly positive. He demonstrates all the key traits a homebuyer needs from their representative: expertise, analytical skill, professionalism, responsiveness, and strong communication skills. For some context, Tom supported me in viewing 12 different properties throughout my homebuying journey, starting in December 2019 and ending in August 2020. Throughout that time, Tom made a clear and dedicated effort to learn about me, about what I was looking for, and even about my own "mental barriers" as a buyer. For example, I am someone who feels like I need all the information before making a decision. Accordingly, Tom took the time to very clearly and effectively provide information about properties we were viewing. Tom always came prepared with information about the property as well as analysis regarding surrounding properties and previous sales for benchmark purposes. Homebuying in today's market can be an aggressive and overwhelming experience. Tom went over and above in making sure I felt well-supported and well-informed as a buyer. I never doubted once that the recommendations and advice being provided were not in my best interest as a tentative buyer. Finally, Tom has continued to remain supportive even after the sale transaction is over by, for example, helping me understand some home repair options and connecting me with his professional contacts. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone in need of a realtor.

I worked with Tom to buy my first home and had a wonderful experience. From when I first met Tom when looking for a real estate agent, it was immediately apparent how much he cares about his clients and the extensive knowledge that he has. Throughout the process he was responsive, reassuring, and always able to provide detailed answers that helped me to learn so much. It was a wonderful experience working with Tom and if/when I need an agent in the future, would definitely hope to work with him again.

From the onset Tom was very professional. He was mindful of COVID protocols. He presented his plan, gave me Information on how I could prepare the house prior to the listing date. He provided supports to assist me as I walked the whole process. He encouraged me when the process seemed overwhelming and even went out of his way to find the help I needed when I faltered. I am fully aware that it is his job to do all of the above but I believe that the grace, kindness and professionalism he displayed in this whole process is exemptional. We can all love money, but having a heart whilst going about one's livelihood is a gift!

This was my second time working with Tom and it was another fantastic experience. Tom always makes himself available and is quick to answer questions. His knowledge and strategic advice was vital to helping us navigate challenging circumstances surounding the sale of our investment property and making the whole process smooth.
