Tom was the fastest to respond to my questions (which was why he was my realtor). He got an offer on the house I was comfortable accepting in a week or so, which was super fast! The whole process was very quick with no hiccups, and he always asked if I had any other questions. He was calm and courteous with my brother, which may not sound like much... but it really is. I had no issues with any portion of the transaction, so I would recommend Tom for your real estate needs.
