It was a pleasure to work with Todd. It was a stressful time for our family as we were selling our family home due to sickness with our dad, Todd met with us to find out our expectations and was honest and extremely knowledgeable in regards to all questions we had . He told us how he thought the sale would go, the price we would get as well as the time frame to get the sale done He had our home listed immediately and the first day of showings he had our home sold We cannot thank or recommend him enough , he turned a sad experience into one that took away the stress and got the job done in the time we needed, all while making us laugh along the way . The one thing we noticed that stood out was even though we asked for a quick sale he was never pushy and worked with us on making decisions , all around a fantastic agent !! Thanks so much Todd
