Todd has exceptional people skills and great communicator and negotiater. We ideally wanted the purchase at a lower price as there was lots of work to bed done as the previous owners did not add any value to the property. Overall we loved Todd's positive, exuberant personality and will use him again for our next purchase as this was our first purchase and I believe Todd knows where we would like to be with our future purchase and Todd is great at keeping us focused with our list of must haves! Few times we were Bering off the path of our must-haves, eg. backyard and Todd made sure to redirect and bring us back to our original must-haves another one being 2.5 bathrooms.

Todd was awesome to work with, he always gave us the answers we needed in a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly and courteous. He solved any problems that arose. We highly recommend having him buy or sell your home.
