Todd met me with no hesitation first call. He was informed of not only the housing market but also investigated further in future development proposals for vacant land around the housing I was interested in. He is professional and comfortable to be yourself around. He is thorough in his paperwork and as this was my first home purchase, helpful to me with what steps were next for me to complete the sale. I highly recommend Todd as a realtor who goes the extra mile!
