Tina is an energetic, warm, sincere and ethical agent. She teamed very effectively with me listening attentively to both expectations and concerns. As a retired engineer I am accustomed to contracts and proactive mitigation against the risks presented when dealing with another party. This did not deter her determination and passion to find the right owner, which she did after 3 showings. She is honest to the core, with both seller and buyer. Her gratification comes from both parties being satisfied. Tina demonstrated professionalism throughout negotiations, again with both sides pleased with outcome. We could communicate with her so easily, her responses close to immediate and no questions were dismissed. She's a joy to work with, mainly because shes one of the people!
