Tina is an energetic, warm, sincere and ethical agent. She teamed very effectively with me listening attentively to both expectations and concerns. I trusted her explicitly to be representing my interests which was invaluable when confronting an obnoxious buyers agent who tried to take advantage of every situation. Tina sold my property in record time for a competitive price through multiple offers. She appreciated the many improvements I had made to the property and presented these to my advantage. I have also had a real estate license in BC so I am well aware of the legal risks that might arise during any real estate transaction in Canada. Tina understood that what might seem as an innocent buyers request can transform itself into an opportunistic legal risk. As a retired engineer I am accustomed to contracts and proactive mitigation against the risks presented when dealing with another party. I appreciated that Tina understood that we were a team and if necessary resolutions to contract problems require serious attention.

Tina exceeded our expectations throughout the selling process. Our home location and house were unique, not for everyone. This did not deter her determination and passion to find the right owner, which she did after 3 showings. She is honest to the core, with both seller and buyer. Her gratification comes from both parties being satisfied. Tina demonstrated professionalism throughout negotiations, again with both sides pleased with outcome. We could communicate with her so easily, her responses close to immediate and no questions were dismissed. She's a joy to work with, mainly because shes one of the people!
