Tim was phenomenal. He was everything you could ask for as a first time home buyer. He took the time to figure out what we wanted and truly valued in our home and neighbourhood. </p> He was very professional and patient with the many questions I had and was genuinely interested in answering them. It is clear that he loves what he does and has a passion for finding the best home for his clients. It was no surprise that Tim is very knowledgeable in regards to market value and I am confident our first purchase was of great value. </p> Will definitely be calling Tim again when/if we decide to sell and buy in the future.

After interviewing several agents we selected Tim, and we are so glad we did! He's extremely professional and knowledgeable of the different areas in Calgary. He went out of his way to accommodate our schedule as we traveled from the US for a weekend of house hunting. His responsiveness is best-in-class and is the reason we found the perfect home for our family. We always felt like we were his top priority and we appreciated his attention to detail as he walked through homes on our behalf with us on a video call. Tim is without a doubt one of the most honorable and honest people I've met in my life. Buying a house can be very overwhelming and can surely lead to a lot of sleepless nights. But with Tim on your side, you can be assured that you'll always have the best representation on your side. He was always there to answer our questions (sometimes silly ones) even at 11 pm on a Tuesday night, which says a lot about how professional he is and how seriously he takes his job. Tim has helped us now with two sales and a purchase. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field and professional in his advice. He always helped us find both a lucrative and competitive list price, marketed our homes well and we had quick sales with easy negotiations. On the buying end he was an excellent advocate, walking us through things to watch for and helping us determine a fair bid within market value. The process was easy, smooth and profitable. We will continue to use Tim in all future real estate sales and purchases.

What only 4.95 out of 5.00! I feel like if you’re rating Tim less than 5 you might be the problem. All joking aside you WON’T find a better agent. I’m lucky enough to know Tim as a friend first and he has also recently sold mine and my girlfriend’s houses and has consulted me with a couple previous sales. I’ve had enough exposure to agents and sold enough places to know he is ahead of the rest. I couldn’t t ask for a better friend or an agent. He’s honest and a straight shooter, no fluff to get you through door only to disappoint you later. He actually wants what is best for you and cares! You’re just wasting your time looking beyond Tim.
