Theo was professionally though our buy and sell process; guiding us through the many steps with excellent communication and explanation. Being able to sell our home in less than 5 days is a testament to the dedication in her craft, but also her knowledge of the market. Due to Covid-19, Theo demonstrated that she understood our concerns and made an effort to keep us at ease during meetings or open houses. She was friendly, and patient with us as we moved along our home buying process!

Theo is calm and professional which really helped me during the very stressful time of selling my condo. She had excellent suggestions for staging, when to list, and a competitive price point to list at. She and Brad prepared a package for me to review showing comparable condos in my area. Professional photos were taken and the marketing material and listing on realtor.ca looked fabulous. My condo sold within a week, during covid!, and Theo’s negotiating skills got me the price I was hoping for. Theo kept in touch via text messaging in a timely manner and was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend Theo and Brad to anyone looking for a realtor.

Theo did a wonderful job of working with me to sell my condo. We initially listed just prior to the outbreak of COVID-19 and the ensuing lockdown. After an initial offer fell through, we mutually agreed to remove the listing. She kept in touch with me, letting me know how the market was making out. Then she recommended that late July was going to be a prime time to re-list. The condo had three viewings immediately and sold in 24 hours. I would highly recommend Theo, her market knowledge is fantastic. And she has a great touch for balancing the needs of the seller and the buyer. I would definitely work with Theo again if the need ever arises.
