I was VERY happy with the way that my Sale was handled. Corrine and Jessica were very Professional and helpful throughout the process. I never felt that I was just another Sale but that I was important to them. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their Property.

Corinne and her team had been very successful selling houses in my area in recent years – but the market was different now when I listed (late February 2026). I knew selling prices had weakened and I had a good idea of a reasonable listing price. While the average time on the market may be around 5 weeks, I saw some comparable houses in the area sell in 2 to 3 weeks, but some others listed by other agents were still for sale after 6 months. Those that took longer to sell often had several price reductions. I did not want to be in that group. Key characteristics of those that sold quickly, other than location and condition, were being priced realistically upfront, and being presented well, to quicky attract prospective buyers. It is in these two areas that Corinne and her team excelled. Corinne’s proposed listing price was near identical to mine. She and the house stagers provided me with suggestions to make minor improvements to my house before listing. Corinne also suggested painters, electricians, and house cleaners and they, and the staging team, all did an amazing job. The listing photos and video really highlighted the strengths of the house. And it all worked out great – within 48 hours of listing there were around 10 house showings and we had multiple offers. The house sold shortly thereafter – and without there ever being an open house. It is challenging to live full-time in a house while it is listed for sale and so I very much appreciated the house selling so quickly so I could go back to normal living until house closing. I would recommend Corinne and her team to any sellers. They know the market well and through pricing and house presentation attract prospective buyers quickly. The team was always available to quickly answer my questions throughout the process.
