Thea was simply wonderful. She helped me sell a rental home and navigate all the associated regulations with that kind of transaction. She was patient and worked with me to explore where I wanted to relocate to. In the end, I found my dream home and I could not be happier. I had so many questions and we had to navigate many obstacles but in the end, I definitely got the best value for my homes both selling and purchasing. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism and making me feel valued as a client. In two months Thea actually sold my house 4 times (the buyers were not prepared or had family situations) but no sooner was one offer off , the very same day I was signing documents for the next offer. The words that come to mind when I think of Thea are: respect (always returning calls promptly, letting me know when the house was showing) efficient (no matter what time of day documents were sent when she said she would send them , potential buyers were contacted when deals didn’t go through) and her enthusiasm is just so positive and refreshing! Anyway it was an absolute pleasure doing business with Thea. I will reach out to her for my next house!

Thea Hanson is an excellent realtor. My husband and I moved from Vancouver Island to Rossland in May, 2021 and Thea did everything she possibly could to help us purchase our new house. We had four days to find a house and Thea did not let us down. She made sure we toured every house we were interested in, she had all the information we needed and most importantly her wonderful personality shone through and kept us calm and happy.
