At first, we’re not confident enough of buying a house because of low income and the thought of buying a house is out of budget. But this is our “dream” since then, until we realized that instead of paying rent why not on mortgage. At least it will be our own in the future. Knowing Shalon Clarke, we just told her what our hearts desire of having our own house and the budget we have and she immediately respond with assurance “we will find the right one for you”. Along the way- if we find a house that we thought good and within the budget, she always make sure that we can view the property the earliest possible time with all the knowledge about it. Take note: she’s always ahead of time. She always ensure that whatever decision we make is for a long term and of course with the assurance of satisfaction and happiness as we call it “the right one” for us.
